During the work out: How do you feel?
I. Am. So. Tiered! This was definitely harder than yesterday. I wanted to quit so many times. When it was 3 minutes from finishing, I was about to say screw it. But then I had to tell myself that it’s only 3 minutes and that I finished all the other days so just hurry up, finish and be done.
I could tell I wasn't putting my best effort in because I was so tiered. I think my eating choices from yesterday had a part to play in it. I told myself that I’ll try to do no “visible” carbs during the week, then I will carb up on the weekend. Well, I did eat some carbs yesterday…I ate a few chocolate covered almonds because I was craving something sweet AND because by like 8pm I was starving! I know what your thinking. You thinking, how’d you just start “no carbs” but then ate carbs on day one. so much for the no carb thing…Hey what can I say, I am trying to learn self-control. The struggle is real.
Anyways, I think because of my eating selections yesterday, I had no energy today. Today we did a combination of triceps and legs. So squats, lunges, tricep dips, etc. My arms are very weak and could barely even bend them. Hopefully, once I lose some of these extra pounds, it will make the workouts easier since I will not have that weight to carry around. Oh, the extra weight from breastfeeding blows, by the way, since a lot of the movements involve jumping. So let me tell you. To all the women who are naturally gifted with big boobs, I now feel your pain about your boobs flopping around and them hurting. LOL.
After the work out: How do you feel?
I am worn out. I wish there was just a magic pill that can shed the weight and build your muscles without you have to put too much effort in it. I’ve tiered looking for that pill and after many failed attempts, there is nothing. The only thing that has ever worked for me was changing my mindset, working out, and being mindful about what I was eating.
Now that I have sat for a few minutes, I honestly feel like I didn't do much in the workout. Like, yes my arms hurt, but not to the point where I cant lift them. I’m thinking because my form is ALL off. Its hard to have good form when your working out if you don't even have the strength to have the form.
Alright, I guess that’s it. I don't have much to say today.
