INSANITY MAX 30: DAY 10

3/14/2019

So how many days is it when they say you can turn something into a habit? Is it 10 days? Damn, I hope cause this blows!

During the work out: How do you feel?

I am glad I worked out earlier than usually because baby Xan was able to chillax a bit when I was doing it. So the work out was the same as everyday…it sucked. It’s actually a bit discouraging because I feel like I’m trying, but not seeing as fast as results as I want. Yes, I know, my eating habits need to change. But even though I’m not eating super super healthy, I have changed my diet tremendously. When I say I eat like a 2 year old, I am not playing. I despise veggies, fruit is ok, but I would opt for chips and cheese any day! Did I tell you how much I love snacks??!! I don't need meals. I can just snack on chips, cheese, candies, and every other snack that is bad for you.

Anyways, I was so tiered while working out. Usually, in the past whenever I tried to workout, I would get extremely tiered. Not just body wise, but like yawning and just sleepy. You know who they say after a workout you will feel pumped and energized? Well, that has never need the case for me. Maybe I’m deficient in a vitamin or something. I don't know. As far as this work out goes, I was so sleepy. I can tell I haven't put in my full “Max 30” effort. So thats disappointing.

After the work out: How do you feel?

I have a lot of thoughts going through my head right now. I mean, what did I get myself into. Now that I’m going and posting my journey, I cant stop. I really want this. No, correction, I need this. There is so many things in your life that are out of your control. I feel like working out and getting a bit healthier IS in my control. So at least if I can control that, the other stuff won’t seem as big of an issue. The journey to a healthier body, mind and soul is no joke. It takes work. Constant work, constant drive, and constant effort. I have to give myself a pep talk every morning. Do my positive affirmations and what I am thankful for and keep pushing.

Happy Thursday everyone. It’s almost Friday guys so be happy about that!

XO,

Mern
